This is our present offering that we call "Quarter Beef." It is approximately 120 pounds and sells for $5 per pound. It may change as each new selection of beef becomes available and cuts are sold.

2 Sirloin Steaks
6 Ribeye Steaks
4 NY Strip Steaks
3 Tenderloin Steaks (filet)
1 pkg Cube Steaks (4 steaks)
4 pkg Stew Meat
4 pkg short ribs
10 pkg Ground Beef Patties
1 Brisket (at buyers request)
After all weights of the above listed cuts are calculated, enough Ground Beef is added to make approximately 120 pounds.
